Every Friday is FREE for EVERYONE from now until our 1 year anniversary in April!!!  Come in and workout any time on Friday...it is FREE.  No more excuses...bring yourself, your friends and family or anyone who might benefit from a healthier lifestyle!!!  Imagine the impact on our community if each current member brought in 3 new people...                                                                                    
New for 2010!!!  2 Week Crossfit On-ramp Classes.  A new class starts eack week!  For anyone looking for a great way to get started with Crossfit!  On-ramp will be 3 workouts per week for two weeks and will get athletes familiar with Crossfit exercises and ready for group classes.  Start time is 5pm.  Cost is $100.  Ask Blake for details.

Saturday March 13 is the St. Patrick's Day WOD at West Point Interiors!! This will be the week 7 challenge for 300 Challenge participants. The event will start at 10:00 am!! Sign up at the gym on Monday

How we Train:

"CrossFit delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general and inclusive.  Our specialty is not specializing.  Combat, survival, many sports and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist." 

"Eat Meats and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar.  Keep intake to levels that support exercise but not body fat.  Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C & J and snatch.  Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, handstands, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds.  Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.  Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow.  Routine is the enemy.  Keep workouts short and intense.  Regularly learn and play new sports."
