How we Train:

"CrossFit delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general and inclusive.  Our specialty is not specializing.  Combat, survival, many sports and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist." 

"Eat Meats and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar.  Keep intake to levels that support exercise but not body fat.  Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C & J and snatch.  Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, handstands, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds.  Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.  Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow.  Routine is the enemy.  Keep workouts short and intense.  Regularly learn and play new sports."

With a continuously running clock do one 135lb Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135lb Clean and Jerk the second minute, three 135lb Clean and Jerk the third minute...continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

***Scale weight accordingly...try to pick a weight that is challenging but that you are still able to get 8-10 reps with!!!***
