With a continuously running clock do one 135lb Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135lb Clean and Jerk the second minute,
three 135lb Clean and Jerk the third minute...continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute
as needed.
***Scale weight accordingly...try to pick a weight that is challenging but that you are still able to
get 8-10 reps with!!!***
