IT'S TIME FOR THE CROSSFIT BATTLE READY GAMES!@!
WOD 1 - Max reps Air squats in 60sec then max consecutive pull-ups WOD 2 - Three 5 minute rounds with 1 minute rest
between rounds. Round 1 - Run 1/4mi. then max reps sit-ups in remaining time. Round 2 - Run 1/4mi. then max reps
wall-ball shots in remaining time. Round 3 - Run 1/4mi. then max reps burpee's in remaining time. *Good Luck

 The Qwest for 400lbs...Amos and I are competing in the BEAST division for the Muddy Buddy. Meaning we need
to have a combined weight of 400lbs. I weigh in at 183lbs and Amos is 190lbs to start. We both plan to gain
weight in different ways. I am going to drink 1 gallon of whole milk/day for 3-4weeks. I have made it 6 days so
far...I plan to update with a weigh in a few days... --------------------------
