How we Train:

"CrossFit delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general and inclusive.  Our specialty is not specializing.  Combat, survival, many sports and life reward this kind of fitness and, on average, punish the specialist." 

"Eat Meats and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar.  Keep intake to levels that support exercise but not body fat.  Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C & J and snatch.  Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, handstands, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds.  Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.  Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow.  Routine is the enemy.  Keep workouts short and intense.  Regularly learn and play new sports."

IT'S TIME FOR THE CROSSFIT BATTLE READY GAMES!@!

WOD 1 - Max reps Air squats in 60sec then max consecutive pull-ups
WOD 2 - Three 5 minute rounds with 1 minute rest between rounds.  Round 1 - Run 1/4mi. then max reps sit-ups in remaining time.  Round 2 - Run 1/4mi. then max reps wall-ball shots in remaining time.  Round 3 - Run 1/4mi. then max reps burpee's in remaining time.

The Qwest for 400lbs...Amos and I are competing in the BEAST division for the Muddy Buddy.  Meaning we need to have a combined weight of 400lbs.  I weigh in at 183lbs and Amos is 190lbs to start.  We both plan to gain weight in different ways.  I am going to drink 1 gallon of whole milk/day for 3-4weeks.  I have made it 6 days so far...I plan to update with a weigh in a few days...
