Amos and Blake's Workout:

6 rounds: 2min.30sec. work/30sec rest each round

Start each round with a 100m sprint, then backpeddle 50m, then max reps of:

Ring Push-ups

Box Jump

*Switch exercises each round.  Keep a running total of reps.  Score=total reps
