Life is mysterious.  It comes at us from many angles and sometimes we find reflection at the strangest times.  During some of my workouts lately (and usually on the days I am sore) I have been asking myself..."Why in the world am I training so hard???".  I then spend the next few hours pondering the answers and here are a few I have come up with.  
 
1.  Because I can; and there are people out there who can't and have no other choice.
2.  Because I don't know what challenges tomorrow may bring but I will do my best today to be ready.
3.  Because 10 day's a month there is a chance I might have to save someone's ass (mine included) from an emergency.
4.  Because I love charging fast on my wakeboard and ski's and want to be the guy teaching people how to do flips and spins someday.
5.  Because I enjoy the improvements I have made so far and the way I feel from it.
6.  Because I better work hard if I want to keep up with all of YOU!!!
 
Every member of this gym is here for different reasons, but I bet many of you share the same motivation.  Encourage each-other and we will all reach our goals.
