CROSSFIT KIDS (ON HOLD)
CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching CrossFit to children ages 3-12. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids.

More advanced than Crossfit Kids, our teens class is designed to help young athletes develop overall strength and fitness or even focus on
sport specific movements to help them develop further within their desired sport. Suitable for teens 13-18, varies per student.

Crossfit Barbell is for anyone who wants to understand and achieve correct form on Olympic Movements. During barbell session we work on
mechanics of the movements, improving explosiveness, strength and coordination. Limited monthly openings for this class. Contact for availability.

Welcoming ages 18+, the CrossFit defined programming is meant to be scaled and suitable for all ages and physical conditions. Anybody that has a body can be an athlete at CrossFit Battleready.
